Page Proofs

 

The corresponding author will receive the designed article through email. Hence a working email address must therefore be provided for the corresponding author. Its purpose is for the essential correction of errors, to check the accuracy and positioning of tables and figures and/or approval that no further corrections are required. The proof will be in PDF (portable document format). Instructions will be sent with the proof. Corrected Proofs must be returned within three days of receipt. It may not be possible to incorporate corrections received after that period.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROOF READING

1.

The corresponding author will receive the page proof through email. Hence a working email address must therefore be provided for the corresponding author.

2.

Make sure to check the file and inform about any mistakes, additions & deletions.

3.

Note that you will be given only 3 days to report any mistakes. If you are not able to respond to proofs within the time specified, make alternative arrangements with your co-authors. Otherwise we assume it requires no change.

4.

Go through each and every word in your article. Ask your co-authors to do so. This is the last chance to correct any major or minor mistake that has not been detected. Please make sure the symbols (such as alpha, beta and plus/minus) in the text and the tables are reproduced exactly as you have written in the Manuscript.

5.

Note that your manuscript has to undergo final editorial changes also.

6.

Please check the accuracy of items such as author details.

7.

Please check if the figures legends are not missing.

8.

For all references with up to six authors, please include the names of all the authors. If there are six or more authors, provide names of first six authors followed byet al.

9.

Please check for the correction of special characters, symbols and Greek letters.

10.

Please add corrections or answers to any queries by writing them clearly.

11.

Mention the corrections separately [Page number, paragraph number, right/left column, line number, corrections (Replace “……” with “……”)].

12.

One complimentary copy to corresponding author is free. For receiving more copies, contact us for Reprints.

 

Reprints

Reprints are provided at very nominal cost*, which include three options

   A. 5 Reprints - RS 1500 only

   B. 10 reprints - RS 2500 only

   C. 20 reprints - RS 4000 only

   * Prices not including taxes. Additional taxes (GST) applicable.

Contact us if you wish to subscribe reprints. The request shall be entertained only upto two weeks after hosting new issue of the Journal.
